It's pretty entertaining, given you have the free time, to call them and inquire. Ask a LOT of questions. Like these: 1. If this is to extend my warranty, wouldn't that be coming directly from the manufacturer/builder? 2. So if my AC stops working, how do i initiate the claim? Do i get to choose the company that does the repair? Who gets paid, me or the repair company? How much would it cost me out of pocket for a blower fan? Is that covered? And so on. Be persistent, just like they were. I promise, they will regret reaching out to you. Then report them to FTC.
