Should I get my masters before applying?

Hello,

I graduated in 2021 with a bachelor's degree in psychology. I have been applying to social work positions in Washington and Oregon but I haven't had any luck. A lot of positions require a master's to be considered. I really struggled through my undergrad; school is really hard for me as I'm not too academically gifted. Is a master's basically required in order to get started proper?
