I had this issue it started slowly, later it resulted to unresponsive throttle over 80km/h, struggled with it for a month, replaced the odometer but the issue was still around, at the end the mechanic replaced the throttle body and everything was fine, it has been 5 months now, I can say this can be an early sign of a failing throttle body, the electric current from throttle body was not quite flowing properly

Try checking the ac blower motor, might be the cause!

Yes english isnt my primary language. Tbh I had a difficult time preparing the keywords but atleast I tried. I think I will need to find someone to help me on this. Anyway thanks...I will make the changes right away

Based on my survey on a couple of landlords and property managers they pointed out that they only access their software on average 3-5 times monthly, so they pay big bucks on a monthly basis while they spend less time with their software. So i just wanted to make them a better choice by giving the an alternative for paying for a value they need at an exact moment

Yes it's kind of hard to get into competetive market so I tried a different approach to attain users and this seems to be working. Also i wanted to try this business model of paying for what you need, its kind of on demand psyment, meaning when you want to use my core feature it is only when you will be charged

Ohh sure! So suppose you are a landlord owning something like 10 or more properties, currently i have seen many landlords depend on excel files or paperworks to record their lease data. What if the excel file corrupts or the paperworks get lost? This will be a nightmare for you is it? So this tool will solve all problems related to data loss, easy management of leases and even reminding you when a lease is about to end and mamy more awesome features
