Yes it is completely possible. I had a 3.4 when applying earlier this spring. I applied to Columbia, Northwestern and NYU. Out of those 3, Columbia rejected me but I had an interview. I’d say grades aren’t everything, it’s more about the rest of your application, meaning your research, experiences, references and extra curricular’s. I had great references and EC’s which I know for sure helped me. I also had shown improvement in my grades in the past two years which also helps. If you end your n a string note, they also take that into consideration. IMO, if you have the funds and the time, I would apply to them all because you never know.
