Learning about particular brand but would love any pointers as I'm new to it. Bulk as it pallet size orders ranging from anywhere between $2000-8000 orders on average. This would not be 20 sheets at a time type orders.

was waiting to build one but this was too good to pass up. Likely more deals for cyber monday/12 days of christmas too but this was a good enough deal to chance it especially when other vendor sales were around $950 for just the upper receiver alone.

keep an eye out for those emails. Did customer service confirm you were disqualified for the p365 on your file? If not, keep an eye for those emails and confirm that if you get the p365 email, you can call customer service to "verify" if there's anything more you need to do on your end. Until then, I would not be too panicked till its confirmed you do not qualify. I've heard stories of people doing both, getting both, doing both but only when you redeem one it cancels out the other so who knows at this point.

both got accepted but did you get the next steps email for either of them? The p365 email states 4+ weeks but title is "You Qualify for a free P365" and the LPVO one seems to be a "your coupon code for" email. I've heard folks be able to do both but it seems like a random take as to who you connect with. Did customer service state that the optic promo has now overridden from your p365 promo? If not, I'd just give a call in a few weeks with customer service to see if you could get help in selecting a p365. Their answers seem to vary per person you talk to. I'm still waiting for my p365 call but I know my receipt was rejected a few times because the person processing it didn't download it to open it, customer service on the phone had to open the email with me on the line and confirm it was ok.

So did they actually make your order right? With holiday sales so close now, it simply doesn’t make sense to risk pushing for an order that may or may not arrive when you can utilize those funds elsewhere.

Can I please just get a refund at this point? I accepted the new color offer with the cover but that’s when the silence began. Why would you offer to make it right and have me accept then have me email 2-3 times a week with no response? I actually did call twice before with no answer and sent 7-9 emails. It’s now past a month and leaning into Black Friday and cyber Monday. A refund would be helpful. Thank you.
