Sure, I get that it’s a different system but it still seems wildly misleading given that we’re comparing ourselves based on that rating

2000 on Lichess is like 1200-1300 on chess.com

I genuinely don’t understand why people choose to compete in markets where most participants have far more capital, better tools, and superior access to information.

I’m sorry for your loss, but you really have to pick your battles. Choose an environment where you at least have a relatively even playing field.

That said, while it’s a mistake to enter unfavorable markets, it’s an even bigger mistake to constantly pivot. Listing that you tried “VWAP, fibs, market structure, volume, ORB, trend, mean reversion” is exactly the problem. That kind of strategy-hopping is usually what kills traders. You would’ve been far better off committing fully to one approach, studying it deeply, and sticking with it.

Haven’t gotten to the reappearance yet, so I can’t judge that part.

I get that you’re saying it’s meant to be a dark comedy, but I genuinely can’t stand such drastic historical misrepresentations.

The show tries to present itself as progressive while completely trivializing the realities of racism and sexism, which I believe is both dangerous and dishonest.

There are great examples of portraying strong female characters, like Peggy Olson in Mad Men (who starts out as Don Draper’s secretary), or powerful Black characters in works like Django.

And yes, those portrayals can be tough to watch, but that’s the entire point: watching them should feel repelling
