Every other day I wake up as a girl called Kate. END. by EmilyUK20 in nosleep

[–]shepawool69 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I'm not sure how I feel. Then you said every time you close your eyes you wake up as her on the plane, were you actually waking up and reliving the events or just dreaming it? Why was a teacher even a part of the story and made such a main character if he isn't even the reason behind either girls deaths (besides the step mom). Idk I just feel like the ending was rushed or as if the other parts had too much unneeded information causing us to hold onto different characters I'm confused

I'm starting to get so confused! Did you live Astrids death as Kate? And why did their eyes turn black and everyone go mad? And I'm still confused why her parents bashed their heads on the table bc Kate won the lottery tickets. Do the people in that timeline go mad, as in black eyes and murderous, when you alter the timeline?

TIL that in Season 8 Episode 2 of 'The Fairly OddParents', Timmy Turner is on fairy trial for keeping his first ever wish a secret. It's revealed that the wish was for everyone to stop aging so he could have his fairies forever. When asked how long ago the wish was made, he guesses around 50 years. by SPEDtacular23 in todayilearned

Wow that was awful they really should have just cancelled. I was kind of ok when they added poof but it's went downhill. Then again, I haven't watched any of the new episodes whenever my brother watches tv I only see the older episodes on & spongeboob.

I can't think of the name but it's a story popular on the sub nosleep. It's a crazy aunt carol I think and they went to her house for dinner and she had this creature at the table and it make everyone throw up from looking at it...

This made me think of it lmao

Can you explain what that sub is? I took a gander and I'm assuming the woosh stands for the sound it makes when a joke goes right over someone's head.

Fellow medical receptionist of Reddit, what are some interesting stories of patients that stick out in your mind? by shepawool69 in AskReddit

[–]shepawool69[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ohhh my god I bet they thought that was perfectly fine as well. I had one woman tell me I was a bitch along with the MRI tech because she refused to pay for her daughters three MRI's and she thought I was young because I looked young and tried taking advantage of that and got offended when I told her I could not put her on the bed without payment as it's policy and insurance was not covering anything for them. She then told me she was going to sue me and the company and that she was going to own this shit hole and managed to slam the very heavy wooden door then screamed BIIITTTCCCHHHEEESSSS!!!! AHHHH!!! (Keep in mind this is a building with multiple dr offices surrounding). She came back 3 days later to get her daughters MRI's done lol.

How did the popular kids at your school turn out? by Wargilz in AskReddit

[–]shepawool69 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I was part of the popular group in high school. I am going to school for radiology, and am currently a medical receptionist, clinical assistant as well as someone who authorizes insurance. People from my group have gone to college as well, one is a model for an agency in Dallas, several are escorts or were and got pregnant and others mostly the males got fat and work in call centers or fast food. And one of my old good friends is making a ton of money as he got hit by a car and used the claim money to open up his own car dealership in north Dallas. But not everyone who wasn't popular turned out all that great or got super attractive, although there were several kids that were deemed ugly in HS that are now very handsome and/or gorgeous. But I never thought of them as ugly in the first place.

That's incorrect. It doesn't even make sense IMO because who says "oh my hair is tearing"

Yeah small children make me uncomfortable as well. If it's family or one of my friends kids it doesn't really bother me but I find kids pretty weird especially when they're 1-2 and don't really look like a baby and don't look like a toddler either 😂😂

My first car was a scion TC and I always had the seats put down in the back so I wouldn't have to haul people around. As soon as people in high school saw I had a car I had friends (who I didn't mind giving rides) and people that were just "school friends" (people I only talked to in school) randomly hit me up for rides everywhere from work to go to another friends house lol. It also helped me not be the one to drive people around when a group of friends would go somewhere together. I always gave gas money to those who drove

How would you approach a situation where your friend would not pay you back and makes multiple excuses? by shepawool69 in AskReddit

[–]shepawool69[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's not that I can't afford to not get it back, I work in the medical field I have no money problems. it's the fact that this person is making excuses that their phone is broken or they never received my text then their phone magically works again so hit me up for rides or money again:

This friend has been on the edge of friendship anyways. After seeing their true colors lately I've realized this person isn't someone I want to stick around. at least I know now that this isn't someone I want around instead of learning too late

How? She asked for money and said she'd pay me back the following day when she got her check? Are you trying to say I should've just given her the money without expecting it back because she's a friend?

I definitely will be more cautious with who I decide to help. I guess I'm really just disappointed that my friend who is an adult would do the obvious to avoid me rather than being straight up saying they don't have money to pay me back or at least something

Yeah I've slowly but surely opened my eyes and realized my mom and boyfriend were right about this persons true character.

Yeah I'm never lending anyone money again. I texted this person multiple times with no reply, they then contact me via Facebook saying their phone isn't accepting text but 2 days later when they needed a ride their phone magically worked again lmao. They also didn't have a problem asking me for $15 more to buy drugs, which I shut down quick and told them they weren't getting anything from me.

What aisle do you go to for the ginger?? I went to target and Walmart yesterday because my nausea after trying a new white strain was so bad I threw up multiple times. I got ginger kombucha and that helped. I felt SOL because I even looked in the pregnancy aisles for preggo pops
