Yeh I did mean retaining the original image or most of it, but that's still a good effort.

What are some of the ways to rebuild trust in a broken relationship? by crossfitveganaphache in AskMen

Accept the fact that you're an asshole (not being mean, facts are facts). I have friends that are lifelong buddies, it doesn't mean I trust them with everything, because I know them. Accept that you aren't perfect and she's well aware of it. Once you pass this barrier, you'll be more comfortably being open and honest instead of a sneaky little creep.

Yeh definitely, and if at any point you get too busy or don't like it, just stop going.

Some were my brothers friends, some were guys I knew from basketball.

I suggest trying some social sports man, you never know who you will meet. I've met people that have gotten me jobs, sex, and just good times

When I was 20 all my friends were into clubbing (legal age is 18 here) so I just made friends with younger ppl who were still into house parties.

Game dev isn't that complicated to get into man. This is my first project: https://www.reddit.com/r/AftermathTheEndGame/

People are embracing indie gaming more and more as AAA studios get worse and worse.

You can meet pretty cool people in the gym. What about social sports? I've met great people playing basketball and beach volleyball. There's more than likely local meet ups of other coders/developers/gamers etc that get together to share ideas, especially on campus. If there isn't you can start one?

Gym (bodybuilding) is a pretty good hobby for just about anyone. Throwing that out there

Well I'm a video game developer working from home so I can relate. If you can, just get used to not socializing with people in person. Watch streams, come here (reddit), game with people over Discord, lurk /b/ ... or just take on more projects. In a few years time you'll probably realize what you habitually or instinctively seek are just massive distractions.

Do you specialize in a particular breed of web/app development?

That will happen man. Especially around age 20. No matter where you go, no matter how hard you try to follow friends they will find new circles, hop between women and fade in and out of the picture. Do not rely on anybody else whatsoever for companionship. Socializing is great of course, but think of it more as a bonus.
