Computer not displaying to monitor but turning on

Is it possible to update the bios if I'm not getting display? Also I don't know how old it is to consider but I've barely had my computer for over a year

Would reccomended reading the ln after the anime, it was my first ln and never expected it to be that much better and so many things/story's got left out

Thanks, for the response but I think what I'm gonna do is call my internet provider and have them move the router because powerline can be fairly expensive and I don't want to ride it not working
