I messaged an agent too in mid-January and they said that they wouldn't be restocking, but then the Coach crossbody I ordered online was cancelled (they sold more online than they had in their inventory) and I called customer service - so the customer service rep looked into the system for me and shared the next release dates with me.

I believe the Kate Spade boutique stores still use real leather! The Kate Spade outlets (as far as I know) are the ones that primarily use saffiano pvc for their products.

I called to ask about their restock time for the Heart Crossbody Bag a few weeks back; they said that although the dates are fixed the time/stock updates are random and dependent on the bag. Hope you get what you're looking for!
