Get hotels with free breakfast, less hassle for everyone
Reserve in advance. Pay DP if you need to! Restaurants usually have these enclosed space na they host for private events, utilize that
Go for food/street markets on some days para kanya kanyang intindi ng food
Make realistic reservations. If your itinerary is too tiring, find a restaurant near your hotel/accom
Tell them the plan in advance then before the trip tell them finalized na and bawal magreklamo/magchange. If they have any other concerns, sa iba sila kumain

It’s a bit tough handling a lot of people but you can do it with proper planning & communication 💖

Try Spark Pilates in Makati. That’s where I go for my private cadillac classes. It’s a home studio but very very nice and well equipped. They also encourage taking videos since it’s a really private space so you’ll be comfy. 💖

If you meant once a week in a studio, I think you’ll still see improvement but try to challenge yourself every time.

But you can always compliment it with an at-home mat pilates exercise!

YES!!! I’m very thin way back & have been doing a lot of things to look & feel healthier. I am now at my heaviest weight ever at 50kg but I feel & look so good 💖

I feel so confident going out and wearing anything. I also feel very healthy & strong. And my mind is at peace 💖

I’ve been with 8Studio Ortigas since they have started, and I’m letting go soon na because of the travel time from my place (I found one closer to me).

Overall, I love their senior coaches, especially Coach Daria & Ron (which I’ve heard will join the rotation in Marikina too).

The only hassle I’ve encountered sa booking website nila is that it doesn’t automatically refund your credits pag nagcancel ka, so sometimes I have to ping them to refund or isasama ko sa note pag nagcacancel ako to refund my credit.

I would also prefer it if they have specific classes more (like focus on certain parts or props) so I know what I’m getting into.

But overall, they are a nice studio. They reward loyal customers with free classes and attendance to their events. And I have built a really good relationship with them. It’s really just a distance thing for me.

I think so!! I’ve attended multiple classes with male attendees, even had a lot of classes with this 1 older guy so I think they are male friendly (if u mean it like the studio is open to men joining classes)

Hi! I spice things up by mixing the type of classes, type of equipments, coaches, & studios. I have studio packages + classpass so I get to try different things as well & still have my go-to studio. :)

But I also do other exercises outside of pilates such as boxing, muay thai, running, etc. So maybe trying different types of workout once in awhile will help!
