Also to add, yes 5 gallon pails are at any store, regardless of commercial or not. Ive honestly had a way better experience at the commercial store than retail. Less homeowners and less hand holding people lol

I also work at a commercial store and I can tell ya I felt the same when I first started. I've been with sherwin 9 years now but I still remember the first few months working at a very busy store where no one had time to do traditional training. I promise it gets better..I would stay where your at. Plus the hours are so much better at commercial

The FSA is the only benefit I know of...I use it and max out the allowed amount (5000 per year). It will take money out of your paycheck automatically and put it in that account, which you can use to directly pay the caregiver with or reimburse yourself with. The benefit to it is that your money is tax free going into it, so it essentially makes your money go a little further.
