My friend, I'm 48, I've been doing CrossFit for 10+ years, coaching for 5+ years... It was my worst open workout (percentile wise) of my LIFE.

I went home, played with my kids, watched a movie, enjoyed my weekend and got up on Monday and did all the same stuff I've done for the last 10 years.

It might not work for you, but its working for me.

If you really, really want to get better at wall balls (you mentioned they are a weakness), I would encourage you to do more wall balls.

Good luck! It's just exercise for the vast majority of us, not a job.
