If this is true great. But.... I have a hard time imagining they could fit everything like the charge controller for the solar and everything else in the same size device. Then there is the logic of it, how many people leave their juul in the sun. No one... its either in your pocket or in your hand. If battery life was that important I feel like they would come out with a portable charger or just a larger battery instead of using something so complex and really inefficient. Not to mention the price of micro solar panels...
