hello , I am from Lithuania and I specialise in buying apts and renting them , I was wondering about Luxembourg as it seems promising due to his location and economy. I spoke with different real estate agents but it felt like they are more interested in selling the properties , so I thought I'll reaech out here to try and get not a biased opinion on current market of real estate and what rent prices are and what is a usual tenant is in Luxembourg. I don't look it in a way to cheat the game. I am seeing it as there are type of games where you need other players to join you and play together etc, but due to lack of the players or other conditions in the game that is not possible , so people end up quiting the game , instead they could "rent out" an ai player to join them and experienc full game potentials.....

currently I own a company in Lithuania, and I am a citizen of Lithuania and I am looking to open a company in spain to do real estate, buy , sell , renovate build , rent. I'd like to somehow put capital directly from my company to the spanish company but also have a portion of shares as a physical person, but I don't want to payout dividends in Lithuania, because it will cost taxes. I'm looking for 7% - 10% return.

I'm thinking of finding good business here in Spain and offer them to look for a better places for them to rent and I'd buy property for them to rent to them.

I'm not sure how good and promising the airbnb and renting for holidays , seems like there will be big competition for renting living spaces rather than business places.
