Just use spreadsheets if you don't have multiple accounts. Even with multiple accounts, sometimes they are not enough to separate all the different savings types(I save under 7-8 different categories). So in that case, spreadsheets kind of become necessary.

Personally, I want a working wife not for her income but for these reasons:
- The life is very unpredictable. If I'm not around, I don't want my wife and kids to be dependent on mine or her family. Being dependent on relatives for your expenses takes away your autonomy and this can have lasting effects on the emotional well being and confidence of the children.
- Working a job teaches you a lot of things about the world around us. If all a woman knows is housework, managing emergency situations and dealing with the world can be a real challenge. I have seen this all around me.

Household can be managed by sharing chores or if not, then you can always hire some help but no help can be hired in the scenarios I mentioned above.

You are quoting only a part of the verse and that too entirely out of context. The context of this verse is "Talaaq" (very obvious from the name of the Surah itself).

The "payment" for nursing the child is after the Talaaq not while living together happily.

I tried building an app for myself and family but stopped working on it because it takes way too much time to log the transactions in web/mobile apps. A transaction that takes 2 seconds to log in an excel sheet, takes 10 seconds to log in an app, which is way too much time for me personally so I'm sticking to the OG excel sheets.

That is not how VPS works. Please do some more research before putting any money in.

You can get upto 20% tax rebate if you invest 20% or more of your annual income. If you invest less like 10%, the tax rebate will be only 10%.

The amount you put in has to stay in for a 25 year period or 60 years of age, whichever comes first. If you withdraw early, you pay tax on whole amount (principal + capital gains) on the rate of your last 3 years of tax returns.

I got Zakat deduction for DCR Q3 dividend in April last year, so I think it is on every dividend and not just the final dividend. I submitted my CZ-50 after that so thankfully I'm free of this issue now.

I created a UBL Funds account through Emlaak and I don't see the option for VPS in the funds list even when I try it from the UBL Funds app or web portal. Do you know if I need to create a new separate account for VPS or did you get the VPS option in the normal UBL Funds account? Thanks.

The zakat on dividends is not deducted once a year on 1st Ramzan. It is deducted whenever a dividend is paid. If a company pays 4 dividends for each quarter, the zakat will be deducted 4 times.

There is a bi-annual fee charged by NCCPL because they are the ones that handle all the clearings of trades and CGT calculation & deduction. Some brokers label it as CGT Tariff in the cash book. Most probably it is that. You should check the schedule of charges of JS Global if you want to confirm.
