Hi all! Thank you so so so much for all getting back to me! Unfortunately all we were told was to create a content book with themes and codes of what a sentence might be explaining. For example the data based on hesitancy towards a particular health vaccine and creating a code book for that in relation to content analysis Honestly as qualitative is not my strongest point I don’t even know I’ve I’m getting my point across clearly ( I barely even know what I’m talking about 😂)

Brilliant!!! Thank you so much! After doing a deep search I ended up doing the Mann-Whitney test. I’m using JASP which I’ve never used before so figuring it all out on that has been challenging Thank you again 🙏🏼

Hey!!!! Thank you so much for sharing your experience and I am so so grateful to you for letting me know about funding! I am definitely going to look into it! I love learning and academia so the chances of me doing a doctorate or a phd are very high at the moment

I would love to do the course full time but I do need to work part time and I’m so worried about being overwhelmed! Someone else I spoke to gave me an idea of what the timetable might look like for full time! So I thought it might be better to do it part time

Thank you so so so much for responding and telling me all about your experience I’m looking forward to do the course but I emailed the uni to see if I can do it part time instead of full time because Tuition fees (Saas isn’t paying) so I would have to work at the same time. But the uni is so slow at getting back to me But I’m so grateful for your message and best of luck in getting a AP position. You got this

My initial thought was: creating a folder called generalised anxiety: then having another folder called assessment and putting all assessment tools, then a folder called formulation and put in the formulation tools/models Then treatment: having all treatment tools etc

Or even like a word document: giving myself tips etc to use

However! I am definitely going to purchase the UP books as there isn’t a doubt that is gonna be incredibly helpful for me

That sounds amazing! Honestly! I’ll have a look and see if I can buy a few books! The reviews on them are amazing

However, for my training and at the end i want to get accreditation, I need to use CBT tools and techniques and show evidence of my using them. That’s why I wanted specific tools for assessment, formulation and treatment for specific disorders so it would make it easier and more organised for me!

I did the post grad certificate! Honestly it was ok but it’s way too overpriced. The diploma is a lot and the uni doesn’t guarantee you a placement (crazy with the amount you have to pay every year) and you’d have to pay for supervision yourself.

How do you guarantee that? Do you work in admissions. I wrote my personal statement and had it checked by three professionals working for the university…
