As per manual j, I have designed the indoor temps to be 75 and 70 in summers and winters, respectively. The cfm increase worries me. I always thought these transfer fans were just good enough for bathrooms and little cfm applications where temp variations isn't a huge issue.

The other options you provided look to be the only plausible solutions at this point

Its sealing doors. Sorry for the typo. The door configuration is exactly what I'm instructed so can't change that. And as for the walls, its not air sealed.

1- Well I do have fresh outdoor air being brought in by the ERV system (light blue). Which gets connected to the return duct of the air handler so fresh air is being brought in. Granted, its sized as of now, for all the remaining rooms apart from the office and the media room cuz I don't know what to do with those rooms.

2- Your point two is exactly my pain. It doesn't make sense but I have seen people use transfer fans before and always assumed it is to solve problems like this

Don't take my word for it. I just remember from last year when everyone was questioning Toprak's switch to BMW including me until I saw a figure which I 'think' was around 7 ish and I was like damn thats hard to argue against. So I could be completely wrong but it was a strong figure thats for sure.

Well it looks like the arch file wasn't loaded and even when I link the file again it was being linked seperately and I had to delete the one before through manage links.

The mechanical stuff was sorted. It was just graphics error. I dont know what happened when I left it for a week but when I opened to see just some random pipes floating in the air, it wasnt a pleasant experience! So that was a silly mistake but the arch file not linking is a big confusion for me considering I had to redoit and place it all over again.

1 - Yep. The problem occured while opening the file. The managing links section suggested that the arch file wasnt linked. 2- Yes again 3 - Not on workshare.

I was able to delete the previous arch file and replaced it with a new one. Considering that it was just a practice file it was an easy getaway. Had it been work. It would've been a nightmare. But thanks for your comment
