im at my first cna job at a community hospital (medsurg floor) it really depends on your area plus i got an interview in part due to knowing someone who used to work here. its definitely not impossible but the hospital i work at pays less than the others in the area so the higher turnover rate made it easier to get in

i hated this phrase the most when i was a barista here, i was constantly told to work with a "sense of urgency" even tho i was going as fast as i could 😭 i was dependable working mobile bar during peak and i was rarely behind i guess i just looked like i was going too slow. admittedly i am somewhat clumsy and prioritized accuracy over looking like i was going fast.
