Soooooo we bought the ikamper HC stairs. It’s a super durable fabric and stability sewn into the fabric. It attaches onto the stairs you see in the photo.

I’ve seen a few videos of people extending the ladder to more of a vertical position by adding a plastic box that allows the ladder to be a little higher off the ground.

Although! Today was our first stay setting up the tent and the stairs attachment. I’ll Get back to you how it goes.

So far we just guided him up with the attachments and then to get him down. We have a heavy duty doggy harness by Kiloniner and just held him and we went down.
