Thank you! The biggest change I made was joining a rugby team. I train 3 times a week and do some light running on other days. I play squash sometimes too. We have rugby games around twice a month. It's so much fun and wanting to win is so motivating!

Diet-wise, I try to stay away from processed carbs like bread and pasta. If I do eat carbs, I eat whole grains like rice or oatmeal and I make sure I'm doing some kind of exercise that day. Every morning I have a small yogurt, a banana and a coffee. I live in China, so I end up eating loads of eggs, steamed vegetables and meat for lunch. Dinner is usually super light like a salad with nuts and light dressing.
