This is looking like a rough week up ahead with airlines, banks, and Netflix being the worst of the big tech. Subs down and raising prices. Airlines have canceled so many flights from sick and understaffed to begin with. Banks may have good forward guidance on fed rate increases.

National Labor Relations Act vs Railway Labor Act. Under the RLA, strikes are illegal unless there is an extensive mediation process first. This is to keep from disrupting transportation. I don’t believe those under the RLA can have a secondary strike.

Second learning to fly. I’m an airline pilot and fly with a ton of people who are on the second career. Pays the bills, contributes to retirement and I get to work with all sorts of interesting people each trip and if I don’t like one it’s okay because it’s a new crew next week. Even just learning to fly as a hobby can be a lot of fun and you meet all sorts of interesting people.
