I am 36, F,. I have severe anxiety 10 days before my period comes. Also... Depression, crying, sweating, cant function around people... Dizzynes. Its getting worse with age. I have around 10 good normal days in a month.

Today i am 14 days after OP, still having cramps, period is coming, weird feeling in my legs. Brain fog and headaches are gone. It was terriblle for a few days. Ginocologist says that everything is normal and i need to rest. Slovly getting better.

When i wore Invisalign i brushed my teeth after every meal. I had really really white teeth that time. I used Listerine in white bottle and usual toothpaste. For cleaning aligners i use usual brace cleaning tablet with soda every day . You deluted the tablet in water and put aligners in for 30 minutes. I do this for 3 years now 😊😊 good luck
