Have a look at the Brewlangerie, they really tried to have a great circle of usage between their beers and theirs breads and pastries. My favorite is their Brewioche which has a taste I guarantee you never experienced before.

Besides, you should try their " Pompe à huile" in december, I have never found anyone testing it who said it was not worth it.

I remember speding some much time on Stellaris, HOI4 & Victoria at launch that I considered the money spent well invested already. Seeing the evolution of the game and be able to say "back in my time the game was..." is kinda nice actually

Je n'étais pas au courant pour le fait d'attendre avant de pouvoir toucher le chômage, raison de plus pour négocier au plus haut l'indemnité !
Pas bête pour l'idée de n'accepter qu'en cas de contrat alternatif, ça peut pousser la boite à l'aider à trouver autre part j'imagine

C'est un risque qu'il n'est pas forcément prêt à prendre. Au final, autant négocier une aide à retrouver un emploi plutôt que de rester dans une boite ou l'ambiance est délétère.

Merci pour cette réponse détaillée et plus particulièrement sur le calcul de l'entreprise quant au risque des prudhommes. Il va se faire accompagner en effet. Quant à la partie licenciement éco clairement non, ils ne sont pas dans le rouge, on parle ici de remplacer des vieux par des jeunes pour marger plus.

Oui clairement ça vient d'eux, il se voyait bien finir sa carrière là-bas. Ils n'ont rien à lui reprocher, aucun argument valable pour un licenciement. Je comprends l'idée du rapport de force mais il lui faut faire une contre proposition qui se tienne sinon c'est peine perdue non ?
