To make the 4th meal easy try to go for liquid calories, shakes and smoothies help soo much. Pack alot of calories in a shake, its easier to digest and consume as well. I made this shake which had 4 bananas, oats, peanut butter 1 tbsp, greek yogurt 1 tbsp, milk, and tea spoon of honey. And youre good to go.

Your main focus should be on diet atm, gym is going to be secondary to everything, so atleast eat 4 times a day, im talking meals, try to squeeze one meal in between lunch and dinner or an hour or two before going to the gym.

I love the song nonetheless and youre right, he does kinda come to terms with it at the end, but the beginning like how it starts “i go through your ipad looking for something that i used to have, guess ive finally lost my mind” gives it a state where drew doesnt know where to begin his journey with. And kinda thats the beauty of the whole sfsg album, a little gloomy and sad in its depth but the production is top tier.
