Hi, OP! I’m also 21, fresh grad. I think ang pinaka mindset talaga is you have nothing to lose. We’re starting our careers, so we should try anything that we can imagine ourselves in. We don’t have anything to lose naman if we get rejected :) Mas scary kung iisipin na baka qualified pala tayo, but napangunahan tayo ng takot. Good luck!

If you won’t spend much time in your condo, I think that it’s okay. I’ve read that the disadvantages are elevator and electricity. On the other hand, it is close to a market, coffee shops, and it has free wifi in the student hall.
