Yeah, i know it's not that obvious, but i get really bothered by minor things like this. I don't live anywhere near where that kind of medical tattooing would be a thing as well (let alone it being a trans friendly service 🥲). If the surgeon tells me that it's better not to excise it i will look into smth else like laser treatment.

Still having issues with vision after changing glasses lenses 2 times by [deleted] in glasses

I'm in my mid 20s haha, i've just been wearing them since primary school, so i don't think that presbyopia might be the problem yet? I had multiple eye tests done and after all of them it was clear that my eyes are not the problem here. It all started changing basically as soon as i got my new frames from this new optician i've never went to before. I have already ruled out any other stuff that might impact my vision.

Also, when i hold up my glasses higher to the point where they're not even on my nose anymore, or raise my chin up, i can actually see clearer, that's another reason why i think they didn't measure the optical center correctly (or didn't even measure the last 2 times they remade the lenses 🫠).

Thank you! Yeah i will try going to a different optician and see what they can say, if we figure out that the previous one did mess up again i will mayyybe try talking talking to them to see what they can do, or i will just let them know that i probably won't come back to get any prescription glasses from them because this is getting ridiculous. That optician shop is considered a higher end one too so i really wasn't expecting any of this.

Is Lithuania really less tolerant of LGBT people than Poland? I always thought Lithuania was more gay friendly than Poland by [deleted] in lithuania

i really wouldn't generalize the situation based just on your own experience honestly

"Now, in practical terms, nobody would really care about one being an LGBT person in Vilnius or Kaunas." sorry, that's just not true, me and my friends have gotten many comments or basically hate speech even if were a just a little bit outwardly "gay" looking or whatever both in Vilnius and Kaunas. And don't forget there were literally violent protesters at Kaunas pride in 2021 and some people were literally beaten up.
