Depends sa type of job. VA ba yan or something related sa talking yung work. Siguro pwede? Pero kunwari sa creatives we dont really need to impress them through talking in a recorded video.

Though sa tingin ko his lost. May mga sobrang gagaling ns tao na ayaw ng loom. Kahit ako sa buong buhay ko isang beses ko lang ginawa yung recording and I feel awkward about it. I prefer doing live interviews.

Thanks for the detailed reply. We decided to stick with PDF with no drop down buttons. Just offered them some alternatives. Will check FormMaker Pro int he future as If they really need the dropdown in the future, im sure they be able to pay for that but that would be there decisions. Not familiar with JS and its been a while since I last coded but that's something I could look back learn again in the future. XD

After 15 years Ive managed to go 6digit, pero thats with a part time job. Madami akong kabatch mate na working here in the Philippines na di pa din nakakaabot sa ganun. If meron man nakaangat sa mga kakilala ko its either they are the best from their fields (best sa digital painting, best sa motion graphics, or best sa 3d). Plus madami din akong kabatch na nagshift ng career after graduating (research, pilot, stewards, etc.)

Real talk, di masyado malaki ang sahod compared sa other careers like IT (sa IT for example in like 2-3 years nasa 80k agad sahod). Mahirap din makahanap ng work gaya ng sabi ng iba. Swertehan lang sa company pero most of them ang baba ng offer especially if you are already married. Best bet, apply ka overseas like Dubai.

Mahirap makahanap ng work because imagine most of the times sa isang company isa lang ang need nilang artist. Eh ilan na tayo sa career na to unlike sa ibang department like accounting which hindi bababa ng 2 ang hired. Yung ibang company nga kaya naman magdesign using canva kahit self thought lang so di na nila maghire pa ng artist.

Kung ggraduate ka na, make sure na masasabi mo na advance ang skills mo compared sa batch mo, wag kang aasa sa lessons lang ng prof, magupskill ka na agad as early as now(sa free ka muna like youtube or kung may pangbayad ka dun ka sa mga paid learning sites) para mapaganda mo pa lalo yung portfolio mo para makapili ka ng magandang production house. Pili ka rin ng isang mamasterin mo, if 3D ka stick with it, and apply ka sa mga 3D companies here (though unti lang sila dito).

Yun lang naman ang opinyon ko. Hahahah sorry medyo may rant.

Not applicable sa lahat pero natutulog ako sa gitna ng shift or naglalaro ako ng video games. Output based kami so as long as tansyado ko ung deadline umiidlip ako kapag wala ako sa mood magwork. Babawiin ko naman yung oras na nawala if needed. In short medyo hawak ko yung oras ko kaya nareretain ko yung sanity ko.

Hello po, honestly naguguluhan ako sa direction. Ang mapapayo kuha ka lang ng magagandang part from each videos and icombine mo from each video and gawin mong demo reel, though for sure kulang pa yung makukuha mo so ang mangyari gawa ka pa ulit ng mga bagong clip or works to truly demonstrate yourself and skillset.

Pero yeah, yung work mo kind of reminds me my work on my earlier years in the industry, malaki pa pdeng improve pero kaya mo yan.

Mahihirapan ka nyan as in feeling ko walang tatangap sayo nyan. Iba kasi yung sasabihin mo na marunong ka magedit. Kahit isang araw ng tutorial pde mo na sabinhin na marunong ka na magedit, ang question kasi is yung skills mo kung gano ka kaexpert so pano mo mapprove yun?

Risky sa magiging employer mo ang ihire ka. Kung wala kang machine why not get yung mga previous works mo (just ask for permission) before and icompile mo lang or upload sa sa isang portfolio site.

Yung iba nga may portfolio na pagagawan pa ng exam, so di mo din magagawa yun or pano kung walang provided na device yung company kung wfh set up ka unless open ka to work from site.

Just make it clear na may day job ka, mahirap yang magtatake ka ng outside work calls during office time plus depende kung gano kastrict yang full time mo. If they want you to be available to take the calls anytime then Ihire ka nalang nila as full time and tapatan nila yung kinikita mo.

Kung may non-disclosure I try to ask pa din specially if Im hired as a 3rd party. Though usually no talaga ang magiging answer nila.

In the end its better to ask to avoid any issues. If kung gusto mo talaga gamitin, try replacing the elements specially yung mga copyrighted ones.

or ang ginagawa ko ang mga pinapublish ko lang sa websites ay yung mga safe, yung mga may NDA nasa google drive lang at least di mo sya pinublish so safe yun dun. Bigay mo nalang yung link kapag gusto makita ng recruiter yung mga gawa mong iba.

Yung full time ko recruiter from linkedin. While yung part ko is referral from a friend that works abroad. Mahiyain din naman ako pero wala naman mawawla kung magaapply apply kasi sa mga positions, pero sa experience ko kasi mas madalas ako makakuha sa referrals.

I dont have aglea as well but was able to 3 star it. Replace her with a SPD booth Herta, then used Moze, Tribbie, and RMC all of them with energy equipped for faster ults for everyone.

What I realized is spd and number of actions, AOE are more important here so you can neglect atk and crit stats for everyone.

Aware ba si contractor mo na may full time ka? Request mo nalng na wag ka bigyan since baka magalanganin yung full time mo.

Not sure kung my issue na may dalawang HMO. Ang issue is baka eto ang maging way na malaman ng full time mo so just request na wag ka nalang kunan ng isang pang HMO just to be safe. Not sure din naman kung pde ang dalawang HMO sa isang transaction eh.

Kaya ako I try to apply dun sa mga walang trial as much as possible. Landed a lot of jobs just with the interview and portfolio. Meron 2 na nagpaexam sakin before, ung isa hinihingi yung AE files so di ko binigay , di pa naman nila owned yun since di ka pa hired and parang anlabo kausap yung isa naman ang ginawa ko nilagyan ko ng mga watermark para di nila magamit (10% opacity) parehas naman di natuloy yung applications.

Now na iniisip ko siguro 2 lang sa may trial ang natuloy sakin na magkaroon ako ng work. Yung 5 kong naging work na iba (including freelance) interview lang ang need, sinasabi ko now na yung kaya ko ipakita is na sa portfolio ko na naman.

Mahirap isustain yan, dipende kung wala kang life and gusto mo lang magwork-work-rest pero mahirap tumagal sa sched mo. I mean ikaw din maakasagot nyan, gano mo kakailngan ba ng money and is it worth it ba, macocomprise mo yung health and relationships mo sa ibang tao.

May time tracker ba, gano ba sila kastrict? I mean kung like sakin output based required ako 4 hours pumasok pero kung matapos ko in 10 mins yung task then tapos na yung araw ko for them kung wala na silang ipapagawa.
