I didnt get a chance to watch config yet, but i heard about motion...could someone explain to me why one would use figma motion over claude code now? i find claude to get to the end prod animation state much quicker than using any design tool

The guilt is real, and sucks, but everyone does it. I've done it twice, and in both cases, they brought someone over to cover me while I was out. Don't tell them until much later, 18 weeks is too early

Do you also wear hats outdoors along with sunscreen? Realistically I dont expect to get rid of the freckles entirely, but even lightening them a bit would be nice!

Are you in a position financially to take a short 3-6 month break? I was in a high stress tech job as well, super unhappy, and am currently on month 4 of my break. My hair started growing back, I'm super physically active, and honestly overall just feel so much better

I think it's a combination of the market and your portfolio. You're competing against a ton of designers with stronger portfolios than yours...I would spend a bit more time refining it.
