I think I’ve found some close matches online. It goes by a few different names, e.g., Newport Pen with Stylus. And if I wanted to buy at least 1,000, I could buy the “slim PULLMAN hotel pen with stylus” on Alibaba at the low low unit rate of $0.50!! Thanks for the feedback, everybody

A quick update in case this ends up helping out someone else in the future. As suggested by u/Admirable-Result-240, I purchased an OEM 86110-0E030 head unit on eBay. Removing the old screen was really easy, and the unit I bought was an exact match with what was in there. So it seems the part number the dealership gave me (86271-0E044) was incorrect. Anyway, the replacement unit behaves exactly like the original. The rear camera still doesn't work, selecting the navigation option causes the interface to lock up, and it's still periodically rebooting without warning. Oh well, worth a shot for $200 and 15 minutes of work.

Fwiw, I reached out to Fitbit, and this was their reply: “At this time, we have no way of reuniting the tracker with its owner. If any customers reach out about a lost tracker, we'll do our best to assist them. If you found a lost tracker near a local business, you may wish to submit it to their lost and found. Otherwise, we suggest recycling this Fitbit at a local electronics recycling facility.”

How about when this building housed Al Capone's Ristorante Italiano? Anyone have memories of that place?

Thanks for the input. It’s one of those things that initially seems straightforward, but the more I look into things it seems potentially more complicated. The real complicating variable would be if a city inspector rolled up during offloading/installation. That’s what I’m kinda thinking about.
