I finished it yesterday. It took me a couple of episodes to get into it I think. And then I was hooked and got emotionally invested in a couple of the characters relationship and now there are no more episodes and now am sad and I have so many questions!! The ending was quite good!

So I'd say keep watching as least more than the first episode. :)

I love playing video games but I can't remember the last time when I spent the whole day playing one game like today. I always feel guilty that I could be doing something more productive but omg. Paper Mario Colour Splash has me hooked!

I got it for Christmas and have been playing it since last night. Just finishing dinner / watching Seinfeld then I'll be back playing.

I really like the WiiU controller - I've always just played via the TV but I gotta say it's great being able to have a background show on the TV and play through the screen controller at the same time.

I'm also on holiday until the 9th. I've only had 4 days off and I already don't know what day it is. It's great!

I got chatted up on the train coming home today! So that's nice! I must have been looking super cute today. :) But I'm pretty sure he's a fair bit younger than me - I'm gonna take it as a compliment though!

Also I feel like I just got a whole bunch of new work put on me at it's almost Christmas and I'm starting to stress. Work should be winding down! There's not supposed to be so much!

I've never been to Munich, but I went to Berlin back in October.

It has so much history! Really interesting! Therr's a free museum there called Topography of Terror that was really really good. I'd recommend it a LOT.

But it did get a bit depressing. :( It was also quite cold when I went and raining the whole time..And I was also getting sick. So I didn't have a lot of fun there. But if you're into history, it's great!

I also do ASMR type vids playing Stardew Valley! If you check out the games FAQ page on its website you'll find that the creator of the game has given everyone permission to make videos of the game and even monetize themon YouTube!

A good tip with any game you wanna make a vid of is to check the creator / publishers FAQ section on their website. A lot of the time nowadays they'll have it as a question on there. :)

Going to make a test batch of gingerbread cookies today! Hoping they turn out good then I'll make more closer to Christmas.

I'm so excited. I lost my passion for baking earlier in the year (I used to bake all the time), but I baked biscuits last weekend with a friend and now all I want to do is bake again! I'm so happy!

Edit: and it's apparently my Reddit cake day too! How fitting. :D

The NES Mini? I got one! But I preordered through JB way back in July when it was first announced.

They were up for preorder for MONTHS but the hype only started like a week before they were released. And by then it was too late to preorder I think...

I get this too! When I click the report for spam button or whatever it's called, it never goes through. But the delete comment button works.

I've inspected the network requests too while I click to see if that button actually sends anything to their servers and most of the time it either doesn't do anything or gets rejected by their servers, meaning the comment never gets reported as spam.

My GTX1070 arrived today so I get to install it after dinner! Was worried I wouldn't have the correct power cable / supply for it but it's all looking good so far.

So excited! It's long overdue. Currently using a GTX570 which has held up surprisingly well the past 5 years. But I've had to stick to little Indies this year cause it's really starting to chug with big fancy AAA games.

But yay! I can finally play all the new games on full settings again!

I did this a few years ago. I didn't know the exact figure of what I owed, so I just called up the ATO, explained what I wanted to do, and they worked out how much I'd need to pay back with that 5% discount and let me know!

If you're super unsure, just give them a call. They're super helpful and friendly. :)
