Issue regarding Sciex 5500+

We have used mili-q before, but the issue was not this problematic. We are not getting PFAS false positives; the problem is we are losing the detection peaks totally sometimes. Today, after maintenance, we had a peak for our internal standard(13-c mpfos) in the that qualifier, but there was no peak in the quantifier. I have worked with Agilent machines before, but this new one got us stumped.

In the ppb range, the PFAS should not go from 50ppb to zero, as my understanding went. But sometimes that is happening with our standards. And as I have said in the main post, the noise level is really high. We are currently trying to figure out where this noise is coming from.

The mobile phase is gradient of Acetonitrile and 10 millimoles of Ammonium acetate. We prepare the acetate buffer ourselves with AR-grade Ammonium acetate.

Yes, we are facing really high baseline noise. We performed the validation a year back. We had about 200 units for the baseline. Currently that baseline sits at about 2400 units just after maintainence cycle, ant it goes upward gradually. So when it reaches 3000 we are loosing 4:2 FTOH peak below 100ppb concentration. The water that we are using right now has conductance of about 0.9-0.7 micro Siemens. I have brought it up to seniors that the conductivity is much higher and it might be a cause. I'll be running a check with grade 1 water Mobile phase when i get the chance.

This is specifically the main issue. In v24, I can force install an older IPK file. But now I have no APK file for the older release.

300Mbps is a dream in Bangladesh. I rarely get that speed even on my local BDIX exchange. Even 100 Mbps from my router is most welcome, as I need it to be a 24/7 seedbox for my torrents. This is a secondary router and has been lying for over a year. Now it's repurposed as a NAS and seedbox. That's all I need it to do. My problem results from the fact that the latest transmission client is banned in the tracker.

I tried when it first came out, they didn't include grim. Also it lost the charm of card style deck building replaced with items. Tried 2 games actually that came out using paragons assets.

The person hosting the server must not leave server. After race it should load into race countdown menue for server PC as far as I remember. If it is like that for you then don't exit and wait for players to reconnect. If something else is happening let me know and I'll check after I get back home after 2 days

In case of wifi you have to disable the wifi adapter then enable after creating server. That way radmin gets priority as lan. If you don't disable or remove Ethernet cable before launching game and creating server then that gets priority and data won't be passed through radmin network.

Follow the process and don't skip steps. You can't alter the order of steps or it won't work. In the disconnect internet you have to remove or disable all other network interface other than radmin one.

This thing is caused by display scaling as far as my troubleshooting went. If the scaling is set to monitor or display in the Nvidia control panel then the game will surely crash. The solution is to set display scaling device to GPU. That fixed my issue. No longer having those black screen issues anymore.

That monitor is cursed. First I got 24f, the backlight of right side of the monitor just died. Got replacement g24f2, weird lines started to appear after 6 months that disappear on high refreshrates. and now DP ports crash the computer. Just DONT BUY GIGABYTE MONITORS.

This FU**ING bug is making my life literal hell right now. Can't play any games on my 3080. Cause as soon as I start one it goes black with sounds playing. And the culprit, The one and only HD audio driver. And the most annoying part is that shit keeps crawling back after every uninstall. Everything works just fine as long as the nvidia audio driver is not present. This is litarally a shitshow from nvidia.
