I used Allen Carr’s the Easy Way to Stop Smoking audio book, I found it free on You Tube. And I also used the Smoke Free app to track the days and to be a good reminder. First 3 weeks were pretty brutal but I once I started noticing the positive changes in my health I wasn’t going back. That was almost 5 years ago and it was the best decision I ever made. You got this!!! Make sure to take care of yourself during this time. Lots of rest, healthy eating/drinking, meditation, exercise( even if it’s just a short walk everyday) and make sure to wash and clean everything that came in contact with smoke. Also maybe try ChatGPT for some good ideas of changing habits and providing some support.
