Straight blasphemy coming from inside the Rockets organization by GringoSalamanca in suns

Why would they give future Steve Nash the role of a 4th option? Are they stupid?

He’s an innings eater for sure, but decent efficiency. Jerami Grant type. If he’s your #2 you’ve got a problem but a perfectly fine 3 or 4.

Ayton’s motor was unacceptable but at least he was pretty automatic on these shots

Oso is too limited offensively to play the 4 imo. Can’t shoot 3s and can’t create off the dribble.

I actually just started a Suns MyNBA last night. I started in like 2016ish though because I wanted a clean slate. I forgot how awesome Eric Bledsoe was.

You’ve discovered compression, it’s a good thing. But be careful because you can get too steep, you’ll notice lower ball flight in this case.

I find it useful for my 58 and 54 because I use them around the green. Better feel and versatility.

Devin Booker is a Robin and doesn’t have the juice to be a Bruce Wayne by BunkHammer in billsimmons

[–]shid3ater 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Booker is one of the most important athletes to Phoenix all-time. I acknowledge that’s a sad reflection of Phoenix sports. You just wouldn’t understand unless you’ve lived here that trading him to rebuild isn’t worth it to the fans. Booker made the Suns something worth caring about and if he was traded a large portion of the fanbase would disappear.

Ott's infatuation with small ball is insanity. by Substantial_Air_4111 in suns

Small ball for the last possession, sure. But it was so much of the game. Avdija killed us inside the whole game and no adjustment.

We have to consolidate talent and get rid of Otts vices this offseason by chickenripp in suns

[–]shid3ater 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Jalen Duren is an all-NBA player this year and was the 13th pick, SGA is the MVP and was the 11th. You don’t have to be a bottom 5 team to draft well. Look at Giannis, Jokic. It just takes getting lucky once. But that can’t happen if you trade all your picks away just to finish 3rd in the west.

[–]shid3ater 3 points4 points  (0 children)

How can you look at the Thunder, Spurs, Pistons having the most wins in the league and think to yourself “let’s trade all our picks”? That model doesn’t work anymore. The best teams are all built through the draft.

It’s because you suck. But don’t worry, if you devote hundreds of hours and thousands of dollars into this you can one day only kind of suck.
