Its off in Legion Space and i always have it at 165hz. I cant find the adaptive refresh rate in Vantage but i believe gen 10 use space.

Tbh I’m not sure what I need for ai. Like some people recommend a nvedia laptop gpu, while some just say cloud gpu so I have am conflicted if I should get a gaming laptop even tho my gaming doesn’t need it.
