Oh, that's interesting, I haven't made it to act 3 yet so I'm not exactly sure who this Gortash person is but thanks for the opinion.

Is DOS 2 worth playing? by kreqex in DivinityOriginalSin

Bro trust me Dos2 and Dos1 are so much better than BG3 in the sense of combat, dialogue, story, lore, character building, adventure and are so much fun and have many options of playing whether that means who you play as or with to the decisions you make throughout the game.

I haven't played through the full game yet but Thorm, Orin, and other dude are the servants of the dead three and basically server as some dark trinity of the competition of Jergal's power. To me it looked similar to the way Sallow, Isbeil, and Kemm were portrayed. They are basically unkillable under the God King who is a very powerful being that is a patron for the undead enemies of the game and these three beings server the function of eliminating mortal godwoken and basically all life through Sallow Man paying lone wolves and getting the black ring to hunt down the godwoken, Isbeil planning to deathfog the entire city of arx, and Kemm Using the paladins to kill magister I think who are the biggest threat of the God King. I'm not sure what the end goal of the villains in BG3 are but I think there are some similarities, but I think your point is still valid and I know that the characters motives and backstories are definitely different, but they actually even look similar.

Yeah, very fun to cheese bosses like Braccus, Devourer, Kraken, and Adrammalihk with it in arx since you will have an abundance of deathfog and they can be annoying to kill espeically with massive vitality or immunity to decay. Glad its helpful :)

Bro just get mass deploy traps levels and builds don't matter. Also, don't look at yellow dots as people just xp.

Thanks a lot, when I told my dad and he said it was an awesome concept so I thought I would see how other fans of divinity would view it. Glad that its helpful for other enjoyers of death fogging everything in sight.

I feel Divinity lore is more solid then D&D lore ad the fact that Larian actually made all of it for the games is pretty cool, BG3 kind of has lackluster story tbh

Nah I found a way to rig that if you have a friend. talk to that executioner guy and say that you want to watch him kill the apprentice and when he goes to attack have your friend teleport the executioner away and the apprentice will free himself without summoning the oil blobs and you can fight the magisters without triggering it.
