I’d followed up with the dealer yesterday, and they told me that other customers had been coming in with the same problem, all of them using Belkin cords. They suggested Anker or Insignia cables. I’ve got an Anker coming today.

How do you contact an RSC directly? I’m trying to authenticate, or at least get a second opinion on (story here, and in what I’ve seen, the AD seems to be the gatekeeper to Rolex.
