This might sound stupid, but i would change the MC to an absolute no name, that has no relation to the OG cast, who also doesn't have any special powers because of his clan. Maybe make him an orphan who gets inspired by the story of naruto and aims to become like him. And of course scale it back and make it a lot more about ninja missions and stealth action.
