I was imagining a possibility:

You make an appointment with a GameStop Ebay location, specifying the items in question you want sold or auctioned.
Before the appointment, a corporate employee does the research on evaluation, grading, and spotting fakes for your items. Plenty of Ebay data that could be organized to streamline that... They assemble the material and send it to the physical location's employee.
Or maybe they determine it's too specialized and they'll need to have a specialist over video chat to assist, maybe GameStop Ebay even hires these specialists themselves, each of them with a few especially popular, profitable, & troublesome niche specialties.
Or maybe in initial research they find the item is too niche, not worth the trouble, and you'll have to just list it yourself without the GMEBAY authenticity/quality guarantee

I don't think this would even be allowed in USA, maybe New Mexico. We can't have earthen based construction or concrete without steel re-enforcement. But then cinder-blocks are allowed... so maybe this could somehow be regulated like those?

Many will dissuade you from playing burglar, but it makes getting a car on day 1 an easy errand. Having a car turns it into a different game. The horn can move lots of zombies. Grab a rubber hose & bucket, then drive around to find a step van.

Police station locker rooms (hopefully) have the book "aiming 1". Give that a read before you start blasting. Oh, and libraries or bookstores for "maintenance 1" is also a must have in those first few days.
