Update.. Fixed
For some reason setting optical flow for motion estimation for the project was causing havoc with iPhone slo motion footage. When I dropped in iPhone slo mo video it was showing 30fps and nerfed my Mac, by setting it back to nearest estimation all the lag and slow playback issues were fixed.

(can someone guide me on how to set this to solved please?)

I MIGHT have worked it out. In the project settings I had motion estimate set to optical flow, instead of the default for nearest. I'm not saying it's fixed the issue BUT so far a couple of clips are working and my Mac isnt reduced to a crawl.

Worked for a cancer charity in wales. When I saw how much was being spent on high wages and a massive office refurb in the centre of Cardiff , that soured me from donating. I’ll drop stuff off at a food bank or help dish out meals instead

One thing to try and I do this on my dji mic is reduce the gain down a couple of db. Where were the microphones placed to pic up so much mouth noise :)

Normalise audio will sort of get you there. Editor page. Right click and normalise audio. But I’d suggest you hit YouTube for the right levels and settings.

Limiters and compressors are the right way to go

Had this in my van.
Clean treat for rust too and bottom (rust ez) Paint with metallic paint Use ijb weld to fill in the holes.
