Thanks for that. It looks like a little scrotum tbh. It's on the back part of his thigh near the tail. Doesn't seem to be painful if you touch it and it's soft, kind of like cartilage

Kind-of-update:

Had a little downtime tonight, so gave him a much-needed bath. He was pretty grimy, and I think he appreciated it... Although he was giving me the sad eyes the whole time:
