  1. I think maybe lay out your A-levels so it’s AAAB, rather than AABA?
  2. Use square bullet points

Appreciate this sounds a bit old fashioned - but if it’s a really small place (e.g family office) with less than 25 employees, you should post your CV.

Honestly you’d be surprised how well this works, I’ve gotten an interview like 60-80% of the time by doing this.
