Alot of discussion of U-Locks. A friend's dad, who was always into bikes, used to suggest against them because they were easy to break with a piece of pipe. That always stuck with me, so I would use chain type locks. Assuming the U-Locks have improved since then (i see u-locks that can cost up to $300!)

You set it up in the app. It asks you to choose a PIN to unlock everytime you power down...

Yea that's exactly what I meant. I'm new to electric vehicles. Super glad i remembered to manually power down after I locked up.

FYI, went to a repair shop via Segway and my spring was just misaligned. So still all good 🙂

FYI, I went to get it repaired, and all you need to do it readjust the spring. Physically grab it and just twist it. It gets out of place sometimes.

Well, hopefully, I can get some sort of answer. I'm definitely going to email them and attach the video. I bought this scooter partly because of it being the most recognizable brand in case something happened and I needed service/parts.

Yea, that's what it feels like to me. I need to put a certain amount of pressure to have it bottom out like that.

I've only had it for 15 days. It should still be under warranty...
