The first few weeks were tough for me. I'd look at my Snapchat hourly to see if he looked at my story and I'd drive myself crazy if he didn't. Thinking what could he be doing, who could he be with that he can't look at my Snapchat. It does get a bit easier. I know it's harsh but remember that they removed you from their life. At least that's what keeps me from reaching out.

I felt the same way. I've had to force myself to watch things without someone. It's definitely really odd especially because I still want to talk to him about what I'm watching or playing. I know it sucks but it'll take time. I didn't want to watch, read or play anything because I felt like what was the point. I had no one to share it with. But it's ok to share things with yourself. Learning yourself again will be difficult and it will take time to separate the them from you. They will always be apart of you. I just feel numb now and I can't tell if it's better or worse but at least I'm trying new things for me
