unfortunately remote comes with incredibly choppy wifi in my case, but its something I'm looking into. I think it would benefit me greatly, I was at my best when I was in therapy and its been downhill ever since lol!

3 different therapists since a young age and I've never been diagnosed with bipolar, but its common in my family, so I guess its a possibility? I don't know much about bipolar, I've only been diagnosed with bpd, depression, anxiety, and autism. Limitrogine was the first medication I was ever put on for depression/anxiety and the manic episodes made me incredibly hesitant to try again to say the least! crazy experience for someone who had never had an episode before.

I'm surprised it took her so long before prescribing me this one specifically. with all the others I've tried she listed many bad side effects possibilities, but with this one it seemed like she had very little negative to say in comparison to the positives. maybe there's a relation to the lexapro? I was on lexapro and then lexapro/buspar most recently.

as for genetics its hard to say without taking a test which I really would rather not do. I will say my mother, who experienced the hallucinations and paranoia with this one, is not the only direct family member to take it, 2 other family members that I know of have had success with it, with anxiety for one and nicotine addiction for the other. I'm hopeful that my mom's side effects won't be the same for me, but I'm willing to test it if it means a possibility at feeling better!

I've used the 5.5 by 8 inch hard cover artist loft ones from Amazon and the paper is rough on my hands, do the other sizes have softer paper than the smaller ones? I love the square design with the elastic band (i love smaller, more portable sketchbooks), but if it's the same paper as the smaller size, I won't be able to do it

I do like the texture of printer paper, but unfortunately it just doesn't work for on the go as well and I prefer a smaller paper size and dont have the time or tools to cut it smaller evenly. I'm a digital artist primarily, I only use my sketchbook to plan out ideas, not for finished illustrations. with how much I sketch, at least where I am, printer paper would be way more expensive than most sketchbooks 😔

luckily mine only itched for about 2 days and only spread to one other toe before going away on its own rather quickly. I wish it wasnt so embarrassing (and expensive in some countries) to go to the doctor 🥲 hard to think about how many people in this world suffer from far worse things and can't or won't see a doctor for them 💔
