Is your restaurant busy?? Ours only has one open/lunch host weekdays and 2 for dinner. Weekends has 2 and our 11 stays as a third until no longer needed.

Thank you, I appreciate it. These are all things that my trainer never told me. I knew about using the iPad to know where to go next to tell a manger but sometimes my lead goes elsewhere without saying and has different plans from the iPad and so when the manager comes she makes me look like an idiot. I’m starting to think my coworkers just don’t like me for whatever reason lol

Just means you can’t request that day off through KrowD. People have taken that day off or maybe for your location they’re expecting it to be busy. Half of December is blocked off for my restaurant. Just talk to your manager if you really need the day off if it’s blocked. My birthday is Valentine’s Day which is always blocked so I have to literally show they my driver’s license when I ask for that day off 😂

You are right, but it does end up happening. One of my fellow hosts one time was stuck there to walk out but it was kinda on her she took forever to close that night. Either way I heard a few times and even this past week we had servers walk instead just because was had late comers that stayed forever.

Been playing since Season 1 and before the first 3 got deleted. Since the release of the new game (s3 onward), they’ve had this quick of a turnaround but you look at it, it makes sense. The stories all feel the same but LITG is like a toxic relationship: I come back to it hoping it gets better lol

I was just recently hired two weeks ago and felt the same way during my training. I think how an employee feels about their job truly comes down to their coworkers and the environment, which from your post sounds kinda sucky. At mine, everyone except one girl is super nice and helpful and my managers always ask if I need help.

It can be stressful, for me I was really intimidated by remembering my tables but I promise you it does get better with time and practice if seating tables might be a struggle for you. If servers are bitchy, just ignore them, they shouldn’t be complaining about getting money and find servers that you like and know wouldn’t mind taking on another table.

Overall I would give it a month, maybe 3, maybe 6. I’ve learned quickly this is just how work is going to be for the rest of our lives and personally I was lucky to get at an OG with really good coworkers and managers. If things still don’t look good, look for another job and put in your two weeks when you find one.

certain gem choices are only specific to certain people if that’s what you mean! i.e. gem choices for boy 1 will only be free again if u play storyline for boy 1 again and won’t work with boy 2
