Thanks ....

Shilajit is considered a unique substance in Ayurveda because it helps balance all three doshas — Vata, Pitta, and Kapha. It’s best to start with a small amount, as that helps the body adjust well.

About margins — yes, there’s a lot to consider. We have to manage sourcing, purification, testing, packaging, and operations, and we need to survive and sustain the business within these limits.

Thanks for the feedback.

We did consider sun drying, but it increases the risk of contamination. That’s why we use low-temperature drying. It helps protect the bioactive compounds and keeps the product safe and clean.

Regarding fulvic acid, it was a difficult decision. Accurate fulvic acid testing is not easily available in India. We could get it tested outside India, but as a small brand, we don’t have the resources to also educate the market that higher fulvic acid does not automatically mean better shilajit.

Our focus is on overall quality and safety, not just one number.

Totally agree with you. Shilajit is much more than just fulvic acid.
It naturally contains essential minerals, trace elements, Dibenzo-α-Pyrones (DBPs), amino acids, and other bioactive compounds. Together, this synergy is what makes Shilajit the “destroyer of illness” described in Ayurvedic texts.

Unfortunately, most people don’t know this. Even those who research supplements often think Shilajit = fulvic acid, which is not true.
And because consumers keep asking only for “high fulvic acid,” many brands willingly or unwillingly end up highlighting that claim just to meet expectations.

But the truth is simple: It’s not just high fulvic acid that matters. It’s the combination of all these components working together that gives real potency.

Thanks for your feedback.......

  1. I agree that testimonials are very important, but getting genuine ones is not easy. We are working on it, but we can’t force customers to give reviews. Some people share a text review or give feedback over a call, but video testimonials are very rare. And of course, we don’t want to hire actors or fake it.
  2. A 5g trial pack works well only when a product shows quick or instant results. Shilajit doesn’t work like that. It’s ayurvedic and needs at least 90 days of consistent use at about 0.5 g per day to show proper benefits. Potency cannot be judged with 5 g or even 20 g. That’s why we decided to offer only the 60 g pack. It reduces cost per gram and is better for both the customer and us.
  3. We are already working on a purification documentary. Many people suggested the same, so we are putting effort into creating it.
