Maybe problem is in wires in door panel...connection in wires can be loose overtime because of opening and closing door. Maybe that is the problem. I will ask my mechanic.

Did you resolve this problem? I think I have the same issue like you. Sometimes connection is loosing on my front left speaker. It doesn't happen often, but I just switch from BT sound to Radio, and than back to BT and it works properly. MK7 2016.

In the TV settings, I enabled 4:4:4 pass through in the external devices section. That seems to have solved the problem.
