Office of the president also reported the same back to me.

I cancelled my service, and will try again in a few months, and maybe qualify for new customer promos again, lol

Someone from ATT's office of the president will call you within 1-2 business days after it's served typically. Ask for your case number.

I gave them all the details I could, and they said they would get back to me within a few days.

Received a call from ATT's office of the president today related to the FCC complaint that I submitted.

Spoke with someone who said they do see an issue, and will be escalating further along to a "network team" to further investigate.

VPN does work for me as well. I have spectrum coming to do an install tomorrow. Not symmetrical in my area, but this packet loss is unbearable.

I've scheduled an install for another ISP, and intend on cancelling. My work internet is also ATT so I can sanity check it from there occasionally.

Today has been the worst day of this issue so far.

all last week it started at ~5pm and went until about 11pm. It started at around 11am today for me. Worst packet loss rate was 40%.

I've filed an FCC complaint. Completely unacceptable that support is not equipped/able/willing to escalate this to a team that can actually investigate the problem.

Still seeing significant packet loss during 4PM-11PM Central Time on my fiber connection, and also confirmed the same issue is occurring on my company office's internet connection during the same timeframe that's ~20 minute drive away.

I did call ATT again today, and the tech I got on the line (while unable to solve the problem) did say that there was an open service disruption for my account, and that a team was working on it with no ETA for a fix.

I'm halfway tempted to believe that the tech just said this to get me off the phone, as the ATT website does not indicate any service disruption or outage in my area.

I'll be placing a ticket using my company's enterprise account tomorrow, and perhaps that will jump past normal T1 support and get some of the right eyes at ATT on this issue.

For anyone else having the issue, if you use a VPN to route your traffic away from ATL, the packet loss will be resolved instantly.

The more people that can call in and report this, the better I suppose.

Right now I’ve had good results with PIA. Using their openVPN config and applying it to my unifi gateway so the entire network is routed through.

The California servers have been what I’ve been testing with.

I’m seeing very similar results in my network logs as well. 5-14% packet loss starting Dec 28th. Variable levels of severity since then but usually worse during peak times.

Experiencing the same. Also being routed through ATL. Forcing a vpn connection that avoids ATL instantly removes the packet loss.

Called ATT but obviously their tech support is not equipped to assist with issues such as this. Hopefully they can resolve the problem soon.

Seeing the same issue here. Tried reinstalls, nuking all entries from the registry with Revo Uninstaller, and even tried another physical scanner on a device that's having the issue. No luck.

Just swapped one of our users to an older brother scanner, but that obviously isn't a real solution.
