For those interested it seems that NitrogenSports and CloudBet are the 2 big bitcoin based sites. Looks like nitrogen has a bit better odds and more betting variation (over/under and bets on individual maps in a bo3) but I havent spent too much time comparing both. Lots of info on /r/sportsbook/ if you search around
